Terms of Use

fujiposts is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). The terms below add to it. Where they differ, these supplemental terms apply to fujiposts.
Trial and subscription
- Free trial. The monthly plan starts with a 7-day free introductory offer, once per Apple Account.
- Monthly plan. After the trial, $3.99 a month (or the equivalent in your local currency, as the App Store shows it), charged to your Apple Account.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before it starts.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period already paid for.
- Lifetime. A one-time purchase of $39.99 unlocks Pro for good on every device signed in with the same Apple Account. It is not a subscription and never renews.
- Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple. Refunds are Apple's to grant, under its terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore. Settings › Pro › Restore purchases brings an existing purchase to a new device.
Prices may change. A price change for the subscription applies to your next renewal, after Apple notifies you as its rules require.
What Pro covers
Pro unlocks developing photos on a real camera and writing to the camera's custom settings. Everything else, including importing, framing and exporting, is available without it.
Hardware you need
Developing needs a Fujifilm X-series camera that supports USB RAW conversion, a USB data cable, and an iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. Which cameras work is set by the camera's own firmware, not by fujiposts; see Support for what has been tested. You are responsible for your camera, its settings and its files. Writing to a custom setting slot replaces what the camera holds there; the app keeps a backup first, but take your own too.
The camera does the rendering
fujiposts sends your RAW file and a recipe to the camera and receives what the camera renders. The app does not develop, emulate or process the colour itself. The result is whatever your camera produces for those settings.
Your content
Your photos, recipes and edits are yours. fujiposts claims no rights in them and never receives them (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you share and for having the rights to it. Recipes you import from others remain theirs; the app only stores the values.
As is, and limits on liability
fujiposts is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of photos, files, recipes or camera settings, for damage to a camera or device, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

fujiposts is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FUJIFILM Corporation. FUJIFILM, X-series and the film simulation names are trademarks of FUJIFILM Corporation and are used only to identify compatible cameras and their settings.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
